Reliable sources vs desinformation.

Nowadays it is quite easy to find information quickly using our smartphones and computers -- everything's online -- which can be great if we know how to use the internet properly. There are certain dangers regarding the use of technology and information that we must consider as teachers -- since it is almost innevitable to avoid tech in the modern classroom. Students might feel tempted to look for educational content such as Youtube videos and basically learn a whole topic by themselves -- but how trustworthy is it? You can literally find anything on your browser, including false statements.

As teachers, we must be a supportive guide who is going to provide them with the correct tools and techniques needed for a safe and convenient internet browsing experience, because after all, it is still a great thing to see kids want to learn by themselves and taking an interest in education.

 Saturday, May 25th, 2024 Blogs are a great way to learn and teach.  Blogger, provided by Google, can greatly benefit teachers and students by making learning easier! It's amazing how nowadays with all of the available technology, education can become simpler.  Blogger can help students practice their writing skills with daily or weekly posts, as well as help them keep track of the learning content taught in class. For teachers, it can help them keep records of each student's notes and assignments for a specific class - though teachers must make sure to use blogs to their advantage and prevent an overload of work instead.
